Another great drill for when the body is cold.
1. Stand with your feet about shoulder's width apart.
2. Hold both arms straight out in front of your body (Figure A).
3. Swing your arms from one side of the body to the other (Figure B to D). Swing through a full range of motion, so that at the end of the swing you see what is behind your body (Figure E).
4. Reverse direction and swing all the way to the other side.
5. Repeat this exercise for 20 to 30 seconds.
